English Debate Team of Universitas Teknokrat Indonesia is one of the eight LLDIKTI Region II representative teams that have successfully qualified for the national round at the 2023 National University Debating Championship (NUDC) organized by the National Achievement Center of the Ministry of Education and Culture of the Republic of Indonesia.

The English Debate Team of Universitas Teknokrat Indonesia is represented by Hanny Wulandari Fernanto (English Literature 2022) and Andres Puspita (English Education 2020) and n1 adjudicator M. Khalifatus Syayid (English Literature 2022) under the guidance of Teknokrat English Club (TEC) UKM Coach, Suprayogi, M.Hum.

Previously, the English Debate Team participated in the selection of Region I (Sumatra Island) consisting of LLDIKTI Regions I, II, X, XIII at the end of May 2023. After passing 6 preliminary rounds, the debate team managed to collect points so that they entered the top 8 of LLDIKTI Region II and reached the top 16 elimination round from 80 participants. Andres Puspita is included in the Top 10 Best Speakers at LLDIKTI Region II.

This year, the national level of NUDC will be held at Sultan Ageng Tirtayasa University (UNTIRTA) Sindangsari Campus on June 6-11, 2023. Thank you for representing Universitas Teknokrat Indonesia in participating in the 2023 NUDC competition. Dr. Heri Kuswoyo, S.S., M.Hum. as the Dean of the Faculty of Arts and Education, Universitas Teknokrat Indonesia gave encouragement and motivation to the UTI Debate Team to take part in the competition.
